Lance Conarroe is a chartered professional accountant, having earned his designation in 2002. He joined Wiseman & Mills in 2023 as a Manager. Lance has over twenty years of public practice and personal financial planning experience. His focus is on providing accounting, assurance, taxation and estate planning services to owner-managed businesses. He is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC.
Sarah is currently enrolled at Camosun College in the Post-Degree Diploma in Business Administration program, and will begin pursuing her CPA designation in the fall of 2025. She first came to Wiseman & Mills in January 2024 as a co-op student, and returned in January 2025 for a second work term. Before turning her focus to accounting Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology at the University of Victoria, and worked in healthcare for nearly a decade as a laboratory assistant in various hospitals across the lower mainland and Victoria.
